Vicky joined L&Q in February 2018 after 4 highly successful years as Executive Development at Network Homes and over 25 years in a range of housing development roles in the sector. Vicky trained as an Urban Planner at Oxford Brookes University before moving to post graduate Housing studies at the London School of Economics. Under Vicky’s leadership Network Homes saw an unprecedented expansion in development activity and commercial acumen. At its peak delivering circa 2000 homes a year making it one of London’s most active housing association developers. Vicky’s team secured a record breaking 12 high profile industry design awards including the converted London Evening Standard Regeneration of the year and Best First Time Buyer Home. At L&Q Vicky is responsible for all growth, sales and in house construction activity in the south London Boroughs. Vicky leads a multi skilled team of circa 130 staff and is L&Q’s lead Director in the innovative Build London Partnership. Developing new on-going supply for small housing associations in London. Vicky is currently Chair of the London G15 Development Directors Group and plays an active role on this forum.
