A chartered surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the real estate sector, Stuart runs the South East and South West of England for Homes England’s Home Building Fund – a residential development debt fund with a mandate to support SME residential developers via stretch senior and mezzanine facilities. He previously worked at CBRE in European Investment and Real Estate Finance, before specialising in residential development finance at The Royal Bank of Scotland.
